We made the first certification of the quality management system according to the ISO 9001 standard in 2008, which ensured a high level of quality of our services. ISO 9001 certification confirms that the company guarantees users and business partners the quality of the established system of internal and external quality management and high standards in the design, implementation, supervision, and delivery of its products and services.
ISO 20000-1 is the first global standard intended for companies that provide services in the field of information technology and provides a system whose focus is on the quality of services. This international standard of the highest quality is the benchmark for all processes that control the life cycle of IT services, from production to the application of technology to end-users.
In 2010, the company became the first in Croatia to become the holder of the ISO 20000-1 standard, thus providing customers and business partners with a comprehensive business in line with internationally recognized practices for the delivery of IT products and services.
ISO 27001 is the leading international standard for the implementation of information security management systems. The standard not only describes protection in the field of information technology, but also includes other aspects of security such as physical, technical security, etc.
By implementing the ISO 27001 standard in 2012, the company ensured the protection of its information by using standards and controls that are accepted in most reference business systems. As it provides a framework for managing an organization’s information security risks, it requires the company to work systematically, make serious preparations, and make adjustments. The implementation of this standard is a continuous process that requires work on regular monitoring and improvement of the system.
The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a set of tools and methodologies that help manage and develop IT services within an organization. From its inception in the 1980s until today, ITIL has become a world-renowned industry standard for best practices for IT service management and integrates processes and functions within IT to ensure quality service delivery. The ITIL service is not limited to a technology-specific service segment, but to all components integrated into a single management system. The advantages of ITIL in the day-to-day management of IT processes are numerous. In addition to better harmonization of IT services with the needs of the entire company and better use of IT infrastructure, better business organization brings greater customer satisfaction and an improved overall business picture of an organization. ITIL also standardizes IT processes, documents and work instructions by creating a unified management system.
As the best practice for IT management, ITIL also served as a basis for certification of the company STORM Computers according to the internationally recognized certificate IT Service Management - BS15000 and ISO 20000-1 standard.
